That's right. There is only one way out of the horrible situations we are in, in America. There also is only one group of people that can facilitate our way out.
That single group of people is Godly pastors.
Our history has proven quite well that when we follow Godly principles we prosper and when we don't, well, look at us now and you have your answer.
Let's use my usual technique to look at why I say this. Let's use some logic and common sense.
At the time of the first American Revolution there was a strong pastoral influence. Many pastors were actively involved in teaching strong Godly standards along with the principles of individual freedom and liberty. There was what was called the Black Robe Brigade. Pastors that were actively involved in the revolution.
Their influence on the people and the politics of that time were huge and undeniable. In my opinion, and I think history bears this out, they were the main reason for our success and the success of the Revolution as a whole.
Look at the French revolution that happened around the same time and the outcome of it. The biggest difference was that their revolution was not based on Godly principles and it turned into something very evil.
The first American Revolution on the other hand, though bloody, as any war is, did not turn into the evil that was seen in the French revolution. The simple reason for that is that we were a Godly people at that time.
So, as is easily seen in those historic examples, and many more if you wish to research them, anytime a people move away from Godly principles, even if they are fighting for a just cause, the end result is not going to be good. Human nature is basically evil. We are the most vicious creature on this planet. If we do not follow Godly principles then it never fails, our most horrible tendencies come to the forefront, especially in times of war. History bears me out on that fact.
So back to my original statement, there is only one way out of our current predicament, Godly pastors MUST lead us.
I hear many state that we must fight for our freedoms. I do not disagree with that assertion but I do disagree with the timing. If we were to fight now, I fear we will go the way of the French revolution and not the way of the First American Revolution. We would likely be trading one tyrant for another because there is not a strong enough Godly force in this Country to keep that from happening.
We are no longer a Godly people as a whole. The American church is as the old saying goes, "luke warm".
Those of us that love our Country and want it to return to what our Founders intended it to be must join with strong and Godly pastors to cause a revival of Godly principles in this Country. Instead of being "luke warm" the American church must be on fire.
Even, those that hate this Country know and realize this. Why else do they work so hard to destroy Christianity and it's principles? They realize if we regain our Godly standards as a Country, they don't have a chance.
So the bottom line is this. If we want our Country to yet again be great, we must get on our knees first. Then we must encourage and follow our strong Godly pastors as they lead the way back.
Pastors, it's time to step up and do your job with boldness and we'll have your backs.
